Laura Motel, PhD
Laura, our founder, has over 20 years of experience practicing yoga. She is YTT200 certified and holds advanced degrees in communication and accounting. Laura's passion for yoga is contagious, and she brings that passion to every single class we offer.

Yogi Extraordinaire - Earth Yogi
Lisa Neumeyer
Lisa is a passionate, YTT200 certified, yogi who trained under a yogi master directly mentored by Iyengar. She wants to share her love of yoga with the wider community. In addition to spending time with her loving family, her hobbies include horseback riding and spending time with her pony, Pepsi. yoga , bike riding, kayaking, camping, weightlifting and traveling.

Pilates Princess
Lisa Moberly
Lisa is extensively trained in all forms of Pilates(R) and dance. She owns a Pilates studio in Theinsville and taught classes at UWM. She loves helping people feel great!!

Air Yogi
Kate Horstmeier
Kate is a 200-hr CYT with degrees in theatre and psychology. Certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga, Kate brings a compassionate and mindful approach and a love of Yin Yoga practices to foster deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and bodily autonomy.

Ed Fugate
Ed holds a YTT200. His journey began in 2013 when he faced challenges with flexibility, questioned yoga's role in his life, and ultimately discovered that yoga is more about connecting mind, body, and breath than achieving perfect poses.

DeeAnn has been teaching various styles of fitness classes since 2018. Her "go-to" is HIIT (high intensity interval training). She is a public school teacher by day and loves checking out live music at night. She wants everyone to feel their best while working out.
