CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?

Absolutely. For now, speak with your yoga instructor to coordinate. Over the next few weeks, you will be able to schedule online.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND A CLASS?

Unless explicitly stated in the description, tweens & teens are welcome to attend all classes (parental signature required). Those under 16 need to be accompanied by a parent / guardian. Exceptions can be made by the owner. Family yoga is an all ages practice, including infants, because parents and kids deserve some fun time too.

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

Our mission is to promote mindfulness, wellness, and balance for every person practicing with us. We offer a variety of classes suitable for all levels, each designed to provide an individualized experience for each student.

You are welcome to attend any class and move at your pace with your poses without judgment.

Basic class descriptions are:

- Yin Yoga: Slow-paced, meditative focus

- Tranquility Yoga: Calming flow in reclined and seated poses to promote relaxation

- Yoga 101: Introduces poses and flows at a (roughly) 3 - 5 breathe pace and detailed pose descriptions (more seasoned yogis are always welcome to modify up)

- Hatha: Yoga practice with a general 3 - 5 breathe pace offering modifications to go deeper into poses

- Vinyasa: Flowing practice moving at a faster pace and touching on more challenging poses

- Hot Yoga: Vinyasa flows with the room heated between 90 - 103* F
